Orders

• Once you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
• We do our best to keep everything accurate, but if there’s ever an issue (like stock or pricing errors), we’ll let you know and sort it out quickly.

Returns & Refunds

• Because our prints are made to order, we don’t accept change of mind returns – but if there’s a problem, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
• If your art arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll replace or refund it.

Shipping

• Shipping within NZ is free – for prints and framed art.
• We also ship prints worldwide – rates are shown at checkout. At this stage framed prints are not available outside of NZ
• Delivery times may vary depending on where you are, and we’ll keep you posted but generally its 2-7 days for NZ and 2-4 weeks for overseas delivery.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in NZD unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are handled securely by our payment provider (we don’t store your card details).
