Paper & Printing

Our prints are crafted on top-notch Enhanced Matte paper, weighing in at a sturdy 210gsm. The archival pigment inks make colours pop and details sharper than a Kiwi summer sun, while the smooth, luxurious matte finish ensures every artwork looks its best. For that authentic touch, all MOODEE prints feature our signature and often include a classic white border.

Frames

Our modern box frames add a little extra depth and is perfect for a touch of sophistication. Featuring acid-free backing boards and 2mm glass, each print is expertly mounted by our professional framers to prevent any ripples—no drama llamas! Standard frames come strung and good to go, while the big boys (A0) arrive with heavy-duty D-rings to keep things safe and sound.

Shipping Information

We’re all about keeping things local, so every print is made to order in Auckland and to top it off – Shipping is free in NZ.

• New Zealand: Unframed prints: Shipped within 5 days. Framed prints: Shipped within 10 days. Limited Editions 10-21 days.
• Australia: Unframed prints: Shipped within 5 days (expect delivery in around 2 weeks).
• International: Unframed prints: Shipped within 5 days (delivery might take 2-4 weeks).

Heads Up: Sorry, we can’t ship framed prints overseas yet. We are working on it. For now you’ll just have to visit Aotearoa!

Returns & Support

Since each order is made just for you, we don’t do returns. But if something’s gone pear-shaped or your print arrives damaged, give us a shout. We pack everything with care and a bit of Kiwi magic, plus it’s all insured for your peace of mind.
